Wild Wild Time with the most sensitive rods on the market.
I want to start off first by saying i am very honored to have the privelidge of being one of the newest members of the Carrot Stix pro staff! Sadly, before this opportunity i have never had the privelidge of fishing with these rods, but boy am I glad that I have now. I received the rods at 9:48pm on Friday night after getting home from fishing a tournament. I immediately went out to the boat and started taking reels off of rods laying on the deck and sticking them on the new orange and black rods. I then grabbed some sleep before getting up at 4:30am and heading to the lake. At daylight I was sitting on my first spot, and the next thing i knew it was sun set and my photographer was taking his last pictures of the day of these rods in action. After catching well over 50 fish, i was tired, wore out, but most importantly very impressed. Using the Wild Wild Black series rod, i caught fish after fish flipping trees and rocks with the ability to feel every little piece of structure. The softness of the tip with the backbone of the rod is a combination unlike any other out there on the market. I was able to feel six-inch fish pick the bait up in their mouth and set the hook before they spit it out, a task nearly impossible with any other rod. Also throuhgout the day i threw a crank bait and a shakey head in two Wild Wild Orange rods that were equally impressive. If you are reading this blog with the wonder of rather or not these rods are worth your money, i would challenge you to purchase one and just try to find a better rod on the market. Thank you for your time, and have a blessed day! -Matt
