Team Orange By Jeremie GreenAugust 11, 20160 Back to Home It was like Christmas in July. I received my Carrot Stix and couldn't wait to hit the water. I got a 6'9 MH wild wild orange, 6'9 MH wild wild black and a 7'6 H wild wild orange. I rigged up a Texas rig worm on the WWO and fished with it for about 3 hours. Caught several fish 1-2 lbs nothing big. Sensitivity was great and still had good back bone for hooksets. I threw the WWB with a 3xd and a 1.5 crank bait. I could feel evey rock, stick, stump and fish was outstanding. The 7'6 rog I tied on a hard head with a 10" worm for a heavy action rod it was still light weight and I did not feel like I was casting with a tree stump like many other heavy action rods I've used. The second trip out with my Carrot Stix was during a tournament and I hung a 12.02 lb largemouth with my 6'9 WWO which ended up being a lake record, it handle it like it was nothing. My overall favorite so far is the 6'9 MH WWO its light weight but doesn't lack anything in the strength department.
