As a new member to Team Orange, I just received my shipment of rods from Carrot Stix.
The first thing I noticed after opening the shipping tube was that each rod was individually packaged in its own rod specific sleeve. After unpackaging, I couldn't believe how incredibly light each rod was. The next thing that I noticed was how well built and secure each guide was. After attaching the reels to each rod it was immediately apparent how very well balanced they were. Carrot Stix have a great back with a nice sensitive tip. I have mine spun with nanofil and fish primarily for walleye. They are so sensitive that it almost seems like you can feel the fish breath on the jig. Overall this is such a well built, sensitive and light rod it is a perfect accessory for any fisherman.
