It was the first time I use my new Carrot Stix rods in a tournament. They were awesome. I have a 7'6" Wild Black Casting Heavy rod with a fast tip I use as a Frogging rod. It was strong enough to pull these bass out of the thickest slop on the river. I also use a 7' Wild Orange Casting Medium Heavy rod with a fast tip as my cranking rod. It is a very strong rod. It is very light and easy to cast with all day. I also use a 7' Wild Orange Spinning rod Medium with a fast tip as a finesse rod. Had a fluke tie on with 8lb braid and caught over 30 bass with this rod. It made the fluke so alive in the water. These Carrot Stix Rods are GREAT!!!!!
