Carrot Stix Fishing Rods on Diefenbaker Walleye
Had an awesome time on Lake Diefenbaker in Saskatchewan Canada a few days ago, it was about 30 degrees Celsius and not a cloud in the sky. We didn't get into anything huge but there was a ton of nice 5-6 pound walleye. I took a good friend out that has only fished a few times in his life and never had much success. I gave him one of my wild wild black carrotstix rods and took him to one of my favorite spots for walleye and he was pulling them in pretty much non stop. He loved the fact that the rod is so lightweight you can pretty much feel the fish sniffing the lure and was much easier to set the hook when you feel even the lightest bite. I think he is pretty much addicted now and I will likely be fighting him out of my spot in the future.
