Carrot Stix Rods and Reels

I went out and fished with my new Carrot Stix rods. I love the lightness, sensitivity, and the distance i got from all 3 rods on my cast..

Used for Dropshot.. Great rod, light, sensitive, easy long cast.. Easy to hook set Drop Shotting in deep water.. One problem i had, was the line kept getting caught on the hook holder when I'm reeling in.. Almost on every cast. They need to lower the hook holder closer to the reel, or add another eye were the hook holder is.. I'm going to check into that and see if it was a flaw on mine. I cant be the only one with the issue.. Over all I love the rod, except for this issue.. Great buy for 99 dollars.

I threw Poppers and spooks all day on this rod.. With the Micro guides I was flinging the Spook a mile. Had enough backbone to stick the hook in the lip, and enough tip to not pull the hook out when fighting the fish.. Light enough to throw a spook all day and not have tired wrist.. Great rod.

I used this rod for pitching senkos and Also flipping and pitching Jigs..micro eyes makes easy cast and pitch. Also reduces backlash. I can use this rod for many applications.. From deep water jigging to pitching under docks, Senkos, etc. great versatile rod..
Besides the one little hick up on my Wild Orange Drop Shot rod I love all three.. Glad to be part of Team Orange.. Looking forward to getting more Carrot Stix rods and reels.. #Teamorangebestrodsgogetyousome
